WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
It takes anywhere between 1-3 days to process orders. During the holidays, it may take a little longer. There is only one human in this team of 4, we hope you can understand!

Orders are shipped out regularly throughout the week with the exceptions of Saturday and Sunday. 

WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES?
Tracked packages:
Please allow 1-2 weeks for domestic U.S orders
Please allow 2-3 weeks for international orders

Untracked/Letter mail:
Please allow 2-3 weeks for domestic U.S orders
Please allow 3-4 weeks for international orders

Due to the pandemic, we ask for your patience with the postal service and to please understand that we, loststreetkat (and other businesses alike), do not have control over the current delivery times. 

DOES MY ORDER HAVE TRACKING?
Orders placed with the shipping option 'USPS First Class Package' has tracking included and orders placed with 'USPS First Class Letter Mail' will not.

Tracking numbers are included in the email sent when your order has been dispatched! 

MY ORDER HASN'T ARRIVED YET!
What you can do:

  • Wait a few days -- sometimes packages may still on the way even if it says it has been marked as delivered 
  • Ask your neighbors or apartment manager if your package was delivered incorrectly
  • Ask your local postal office for assistance or submit a claim/help form with USPS

I ENTERED THE WRONG ADDRESS, WHAT DO I DO?
Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and correct address. If the order has already been shipped out, we are unable to change the address. If the order has been returned to me, you will have to pay for the re-shipment cost. 

WHAT ARE YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICIES?
All sales are final. Please read through the descriptions carefully before placing your order. If you have any further questions about an item, please send a message through the 'CONTACT' page and we will try to get back to you as soon as possible.
