WHERE DO THE PACKAGES SHIP FROM?
All orders are personally packaged and shipped from Los Angeles, California.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET MY PACKAGE?
Orders will be processed and shipped within a few days upon purchase. Domestic shipping typically takes 2-5 days. International shipping typically between 7-21 days.

MY PACKAGE CAME DAMAGED
If the products you have purchased are damaged upon arrival, please submit a message through the 'CONTACT' page. We will request pictures of the affected items and we can take the issue from there.

MY ORDER IS INCORRECT
Please send us a message through the 'CONTACT' page about our error and we will do our best to fix it. We are deeply sorry for any inconvenience we may have caused and we will get back to you as soon as possible with a solution.

I ORDERED THE WRONG ITEM, WHAT DO I DO?
Please contact us as soon as you realize. If the item has not been shipped yet, we will do our best to correct your order. If the item has already been shipped, it is out of our hands and we are unable to change or cancel your order.
