WHERE DO THE PACKAGES SHIP FROM?
All orders are personally packaged and shipped from Los Angeles, California.

PROCESSING TIME
Please allow between 3-5 business days to have your orders processed, unless stated otherwise. 

ESTIMATED DELIVERY
Due to COVID-19, shipping times may vary. Typically, delivery for tracked domestic orders take anywhere between 2-7 days after shipment depending on location but may now experience further delay due to the pandemic. International shipping is on hold due to the pandemic.

LETTER MAIL SHIPPING
We offer USPS letter mail as a less expensive shipping method. This only applies to orders of flat items consisting of:

✦ Any stickers
✧ and/or 0-2 postcards

Products will be sent in a simple stamped envelope without a tracking number and may take up to 14 days to be delivered.

DAMAGED/INCORRECT ORDER UPON ARRIVAL
If the products you have purchased are damaged upon arrival, please submit a message through the 'CONTACT' page or directly email us with the email provided on our business card. Please make sure to provide your full name, order number, and photos of the damaged product(s).

We are so sorry for any inconvenience we may have caused and we will get back to you as soon as possible with a solution. 

I ORDERED THE WRONG ITEM, WHAT DO I DO?
Please contact us as soon as possible. If the item has not been shipped yet, we will do our best to correct your order. If the item has already been shipped, it is out of our hands and we are unable to change or cancel your order.

WHAT ARE YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICIES?
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. Please read through the descriptions carefully before placing your order. If you have any further questions about an item, please send a message through the 'CONTACT' page and we will try to get back to you as soon as possible.
